Bournemouth owner Bill Foley has sent a message to West Ham about a Dominic Solanke bid live on talkSPORT.
The January transfer window is now just around the corner and West Ham are on the hunt for a striker.
That’s proving the club can offload players to create space in the squad and raise funds – as confirmed to Hammers News by the top source inside West Ham.

‘Hammers have concrete interest in Solanke’
The Hammers have been linked with a host of strikers including Hugo Ekitike, Serhou Guirassy, Armando Broja and Dominic Solanke.
Last month we reported on claims that West Ham were readying bids for two £30m rated strikers ahead of the winter window in the shape of Solanke and Ekitike.
Talk of a Hammers move for Bournemouth’s in-form Solanke has abound since the summer.
One of football’s top transfer sources, Fabrizio Romano, recently confirmed West Ham’s concrete interest in signing Cherries striker Solanke in January.

But they have no chance according to the main man at the Vitality Stadium.
Bournemouth owner Bill Foley has sent a message to West Ham about a Solanke bid live on talkSPORT.
When asked about West Ham’s interest in Solanke, Foley was unequivocal in his response. But he did add an intriguing caveat.
That being should the player push for a move then he may be forced to consider it.

‘If situations arise’
“Our door is closed and it’s bolted,” Foley said on the radio station.
“We’re not interested in selling any player.
“If situations arise that we’re put in a position where we are compelled to do something because the player really wants to move on (that’s different), but we were very specific in terms of Philip Billing and Dom and signing them to new, extended contracts.”
It may be that Bournemouth’s Solanke proves a dead-end for West Ham.
But German journalist Florian Plettenberg had some good news regarding the club’s interest in Stuttgart’s red-hot forward Guirassy.
