West Ham United are reportedly eyeing up a shock move to appoint Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper in place of David Moyes.
That’s according to a report from the Daily Mail who claim that West Ham are keen to bring the 43-year-old Nottingham Forest boss to the London Stadium as Moyes’s replacement in the summer.

Moyes is under real pressure in his current role as Hammers manager. The Scot was close to losing his job before our 4-0 win over Forest last weekend.
Rafa Benitez was allegedly being lined up to replace Moyes, had the result not gone our way.
However, the Scot got the win that he so desperately needed, and remained in charge of West Ham as a result. That could all be set to change in the summer though…

According to a report from the Daily Mail, Nottingham Forest are extremely concerned about losing Cooper at the end of the season.
And the Hammers are allegedly keen to move on Moyes, before replacing him with the 43-year-old Forest boss.
The powers that be at the London Stadium have been very impressed by how Cooper has gone about his business at the City Ground this season.
Th East Midlands outfit are currently sitting in 13th spot in the Premier League table, two points clear of 16th placed West Ham.
Cooper spent shed loads of money in the summer transfer window, and has assembled a massive squad at Forest.
I have to say though, I wasn’t impressed with them one little bit when we played them last weekend. In fact, I would go as far as saying they were the worst team that I’ve seen play at the London Stadium this season.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not Moyes’s biggest fan by any means, and I firmly believe that he must be sacked in the summer unless there is a drastic turnaround between now and the end of the season.
However, I just don’t feel like Steve Cooper would be an adequate replacement for the Scot.
When West Ham eventually part ways with David Moyes, I would like to see a more ambitious appointment than Steve Cooper from the board.
