Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Nayef Aguerd from West Ham United in the summer transfer window.

The West Ham centre-back has really impressed since returning from injury at the end of last year, after he moved to the London Stadium for around £28 million in July (Daily Mail).
And his fine work at West Ham United has apparently not gone unnoticed by Liverpool according to Goal.

Hammers boss David Moyes deserves huge credit for signing him for that kind of money. He is an absolute Rolls Royce of a defender.
However, the Morocco international is already attracting the powers that be at one of the biggest clubs in world football…
Nayef Aguerd a target for Liverpool
Goal claim that Aguerd’s fine form for West Ham has not gone unnoticed by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
Unfortunately for the Morocco international, he suffered a serious ankle injury during a pre-season game against Rangers back in July.
That seriously hindered his hopes of making an instant impression at West Ham.
Aguerd returned to action for the Hammers just before the World Cup though and despite more injury fears out in Qatar, he came back into the West Ham team at the start of the year away at Leeds.
The Moroccan has instantly proven what an unbelievable asset he can be to David Moyes. And in my opinion, he has been one of our very best signings over the past 30 years.

The 26-year-old is an unbelievable centre-back. He’s strong in the air, incredibly quick along the ground and is a real leader at the back for the Hammers.
The former Rennes star should be the West Ham captain when Declan Rice eventually leaves the club, there is no doubt in my mind about that.
However, with Liverpool reportedly sniffing around Nayef Aguerd, we might have to work hard to keep him at the London Stadium in the summer.
And losing him in the summer to a club like Liverpool would be a massive blow to our hopes of making real progress as a club.
