Chelsea reportedly have a secret weapon, as Todd Boehly and co discuss a mega £100m move for West Ham star Declan Rice.
According to The Express, the fact that Mason Mount is at Stamford Bridge puts Chelsea in a really strong position in the race to sign the 23-year-old Hammers star.
And Blues owner Todd Boehly will now be internally discussing with his executives how much they are willing to pay for the midfielder, and when they should make their move for him (The Express).

it was a big blow to stomach when Dec came out in a press conference in Qatar and shared how desperate he is to play Champions League football and to compete for major honours regularly.
And that may well mean that a move away from the London Stadium in the summer of 2023 is agreed now…
Chelsea have secret weapon Declan Rice
Mason Mount could have a key role to play in Blues boss Graham Potter bringing the 23-year-old midfielder to Stamford Bridge, according to The Express.
Potter will be prioritising the addition of a top-class central midfielder at the end of this season.
As hard as it is to admit, Rice is clearly the ideal replacement for the Frenchman at Chelsea.
Losing the 23-year-old to the Blues would really hurt. We all have to accept that he will move on at the end of the season though.

The most important thing for David Moyes now will be to start identifying the perfect replacement for Dec.
The likes of Brentford and Brighton manage to replace their star men all the time without fail, so there is no reason why West Ham won’t be able to do it as well.
Chelsea have a secret weapon the race to sign Declan Rice in the form of Mason Mount.
It won’t surprise me one little bit if Rice swaps the London Stadium for Stamford Bridge in the 2023 summer transfer window.
And according to latest claim from The Express, that’s the most likely outcome for the 23-year-old West Ham captain next year.
