Divin Mubama is surely making it impossible for West Ham boss David Moyes to ignore him when Premier League football resumes later this month.

The 18-year-old is a truly unbelievable talent, and his emergence this season has made it very clear why the Hammers allowed Sonny Perkins to leave, rather than cave in to his demands.

Mubama has already featured for the first-team in the Europa Conference League this season. He scored a goal, despite what UEFA may say, and put in a really impressive all-round performance.

Perhaps the most impressive thing about the teenage striker is his humbleness, and willingness to work hard, despite the fact that he’s already played first-team minutes – something highlighted by under-21 boss Mark Robson.

He is seemingly improving with every week that passes. It actually seems like he’s almost too advanced to be playing under-18 and under-21 football.

And now it might just be time for Mubama to feature regularly for West Ham United, at least in Moyes’s match-day squads…

The Scot is surely keeping a really close eye on Mubama’s development, and he would undoubtedly have been very impressed by what he has seen from the teenager so far.

18-year-old Mubama has scored nine goals in 17 games for the under-18s and the under-21s combined so far this season (Transfermarkt).

He bagged two goals on Saturday during a sensational 4-3 comeback win for the under-18s against London rivals Tottenham.

Mubama has all of the basic ingredients needed to go on and have a successful Premier League career with West Ham United.

The 18-year-old is strong as an ox, possesses rapid pace and is a very clam and assured finisher when presented with a goalscoring opportunity.

These are really exciting times for West Ham, with some hugely talented young players coming through the ranks at the London Stadium at the moment.

The 18-year-old striker is right up there with the very best that we have in my opinion.

And Divin Mubama may well be making it impossible for West Ham boss David Moyes to exclude him from his match-day squads when Premier League football resumes later this month.
