Said Benrahma has just risked the wrath of the West Ham United fans with his latest Instagram post.

West Ham winger Said Benrahma faces a really uncertain future at the London Stadium, with recent reports linking him with a move back to Brentford this winter.

The 28-year-old has fallen well down the left wing pecking order under Hammers boss David Moyes over the past few months.

An exit from the London Stadium in the January transfer window is being pushed by the media, but could the club really sell him considering we have so many attacking players currently out injured?

It could actually be argued that we need him more than ever right now.

Moyes obviously isn’t a huge fan of Benrahma, so it would be no surprise to me if he let the Algerian leave, especially after the winger’s latest social media antics…

Sometimes footballers do some really strange things. And the Algerian winger is no different it seems.

Said Benrahma took to his Instagram account last night to post a video of him scoring a goal for Brentford:

That’s just really strange behaviour from the Algerian if you ask me. He’s being paid a wage by the Hammers but is harping back to days with his former club! Sorry, but that’s just not on.

It was only a couple of days ago when I wrote a piece here on Hammers News suggesting that our current injury crisis means that we can’t really afford to sell the 28-year-old this month.

However, I really feel like he just needs to be moved on now. West Ham winger Said Benrahma posting videos of him scoring for his former club just isn’t on if you ask me.

And the sooner we ship him out the better.
