The upcoming summer transfer window will be a hugely important one for West Ham United boss David Moyes.
West Ham manager David Moyes needs to bring in at least five or six top-class stars in the summer transfer window, if we’re to make genuine progress as a team.
There could be as many as 12 players leaving the London Stadium this summer, so the Hammers boss has a lot of work ahead of him, if he’s still in charge of the club of course.
The Hammers need to sign a new striker, two full-backs, a left winger and a central midfielder as a bare minimum before the start of next season.

If truth be told, we probably need at least a couple more signings than that. A big rebuild is required at the London Stadium, there’s no denying that.
And it seems as though Moyes could kick that rebuild off by bringing in an absolute powerhouse from one of our Premier League rivals…
West Ham eyeing up ambition summer transfer window move
Moyes has a decent squad of players right now, with a nice mix of skill, pace and desire all over the pitch.
However, it must be said that we are missing one thing in particular, and our lack of it really holds us back at times in my view.

West Ham haven’t got any kind of athleticism, dynamism or running power in the middle of the park. However, that could all be about to change this summer.
Claret and Hugh claim that Moyes could finally get his number one central midfield target this summer – Everton ace Amadou Onana.
After missing out on Onana in the summer of 2022, Moyes tried to bring him to the London Stadium again in 2023, unsuccessfully of course.
I think we should be going all out to sign the 22-year-old Everton star this summer – he’d be absolutely perfect for us.
The Belgium international has really impressed with the Toffees both last season and this term. Onana is not the finished article just yet, but he’s exactly the kind of player we need in the middle of the park.
He has power, pace, athleticism, energy and dynamism in abundance and would take us to a whole new level as a team if he took Tomas Soucek’s place.
Onana’s teammate Abdoulaye Doucoure recently described the former Lille man as an ‘unreal’ player, and he’s not wrong.
If West Ham sign the Belgium international from Everton in the summer transfer window, we’ll be in a really strong position going forward.
