West Ham United look set to miss out on Ibrahim Sangare to Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
According to French media outlet Sport Zone, West Ham target Ibrahim Sangare has agreed personal terms with PSG ahead of the summer transfer window.

Sangare was seen by many as the ideal replacement for Declan Rice this summer. He is a powerful central midfielder with bags of energy, pace and technical ability.
He would have been one of my top picks to replace the 24-year-old West Ham skipper this summer, if he ends up leaving the London Stadium of course.
There is some bad news for the Hammers regarding our pursuit of the PSV Eindhoven ace though…
West Ham set to miss out on Ibrahaim Sangare
The 25-year-old midfielder has already agreed personal terms with PSG ahead of a proposed move to the Parc des Princes.
That’s according to Sport Zone who broke the news. However, they do claim that tensions between PSG and PSV mean that negotiations over the transfer fee could prove to be tricky:
Smarter Scout describe Sangare as a ‘special’ player, whilst Foot The Ball label him as a ‘midfield marvel’.
The Ivorian has a €37 million (£32 million) release clause inserted into his current contract with PSV (90Min). What outstanding value that will represent for PSG, if they do indeed go on to secure his signature.
I would have absolutely loved Ibrahim Sangare at West Ham. Standing at 6ft 3in tall, the 25-year-old is an absolute unit of a man, and he possesses energy, dynamism and athleticism in abundance.
£32 million for a player with Sangare’s quality in this day and age is an absolute steal. Unfortunately for us though, it seems like the Ivory Coast international will be a Paris Saint-Germain player next season and beyond.
