West Ham United scouted PSV star Ibrahim Sangare on Sunday ahead of a potential move to sign the powerful midfielder.
That’s according to a report from 90Min who claim that West Ham are keen to prise the 24-year-old away from the Dutch giants.
And now it seems as though Nottingham Forest are in the race as well (90Min).

The Ivorian midfielder could be available for around £34 million according to a report from The Daily Mail. Considering his talent, that sounds like an absolute bargain to me.
And David Moyes clearly thinks the same…
West Ham keeping an eye on Ibrahim Sangare
90Min claims that the Hammers performed a scouting mission on the Ivory Coast international on Sunday, during PSV’s 2-1 win over Ajax.
The problem for Moyes is that half of the Premier League sent scouts to watch the midfielder in action as well!
It might be hard to win the race for the PSV star but Moyes, and the Hammers owners need to everything they possibly can to make it happen.
I would absolutely love Moyes to bring Sangare to the London Stadium either in January or the summer of 2023.
What a player the PSV Eindhoven ace is.
Standing at 6ft 3in tall, Sangare is an absolute unit of a man, and he possesses energy and athleticism in abundance.

He’s a defensive midfielder by trade, but has recently evolved into more of a box-to-box player.
The 24-year-old bagged four goals and two assists for PSV Eindhoven last season, and this term he’s racked up five goals and one assist in 21 games (Transfermarkt).
During 29 outings for PSV last term, Sangare averaged 3.3 tackles and 2.6 interceptions per game. He made 70 passes on average per match and recorded an impressive completion rate of 86.1% (Who Scored).
Well-renowned scouting website Breaking The Lines describe Sangare as a ‘powerhouse’ midfielder.
The Ivorian will undoubtedly be a huge hit in the Premier League, if he does indeed end up swapping Holland for England at some point.
West Ham signing Ibrahim Sangare would take us to another level entirely. I just pray that he is not bering lined up as a replacement for Declan Rice, and is instead being eyed to play alongside the 23-year-old England international.
