West Ham manager David Moyes is a big fan of Arsenal forward Folarin Balogun, and he could be used as makeweight in the Declan Rice deal.
According to FootballTransfers, Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun is on the radar of West Ham boss David Moyes ahead of the summer transfer window.
Now this could be interesting with Arsenal keen to sign Hammers skipper Declan Rice this summer.

And FootballTransfers claims that the Gunners could use Balogun as a makeweight in a deal to bring Declan Rice to the Emirates.
Moyes desperately needs to add a top quality striker who suits his system to his ranks at the London Stadium this summer.
And it seems as though the 21-year-old Arsenal forward could be the man for the job…
Arsenal plan to offer West Ham £35 million star plus cash for Declan Rice
Football Transfers reckon that Balogun could swap north London for East London this summer, if Rice heads in the opposite direction.
The 21-year-old forward has been on loan with Reims this season, and has been in superb form.
Balogun has bagged 19 goals in 34 Ligue 1 games so far (Transfermarkt). That puts him behind only Kylian Mbappe, Jonathan David and Alexandre Lacazette in the goalscoring charts.
He has pace and power in abundance and has the ability and potential to go on and become a real star of the game.
Goal claim that Arsenal want around £35 million for the pacy front-man this summer. The sounds like really good value to me.

So if the Gunners offer us £70 million plus Folarin Balogun for Declan Rice, I think that’s a deal that West Ham should take.
The Arsenal striker has everything that the Hammers currently lack.
I think he could be a really good signing for us. And including him in the Rice deal would then leave Moyes with a massive amount of cash to focus on other areas of his squad that need strengthening.
