The window could still be open for Nikola Vlasic to make a surprise return to West Ham United in the summer.
According to a report from Toro News, Torino had better act fast if they want to sign Nikola Vlasic on a permanent deal.

David Moyes brought the Croatian international to the London Stadium from CSKA Moscow back in the summer of 2021 for around £26 million (Sky Sports).
He flattered to deceive in a West Ham shirt though – mostly because he was never actually played in the correct position! And the attacking midfielder was moved on to Torino on loan. Whether he joins them permanently this summer remains up in the air though…
Nikola Vlasic could still stay at West Ham
According to a report from Toro News, if Torino don’t activate their £11 million purchase option by June 1st, said option will expire.
And then there will of course be a chance that the Croatian returns to the London Stadium.
Vlasic is a really intelligent, technically gifted player who needs to operate in the number 10 position, or as a number 8 at the very least.

We never got to see the best of the 25-year-old at West Ham because Moyes always shunted him out on the left wing – a position where he is totally ineffective because of his lack of pace.
I strongly feel that David Moyes is the man to blame for Nikola Vlasic’s struggles at West Ham.
If the Scot is open to using the 25-year-old correctly, then there is no reason why he couldn’t still be a big success at the London Stadium.
However, if Torino activate their purchase option within the next 16 days, it will be a moot point because he’ll be playing out in Serie A for the foreseeable future.
