West Ham United are prepared to let another player leave in the January transfer window it seems.
Another West Ham player could be on his way out of the London Stadium in the January transfer window, after the exits of Thilo Kehrer and Krisztian Hegyi.
Hammers boss David Moyes is clearly keen to move on some of the deadwood this month, and it seems as though he’s now set to let another player go.
According to The Star, Conor Coventry is now in talks with Sheffield Wednesday about a permanent transfer to Hillsborough.
The 23-year-old has been kept on at the London Stadium for far too long, although he has been persistently linked with an exit.
And now the time has finally come it seems…

West Ham to let third player leave this month
Coventry could be set to swap the Premier League for the Championship, with Sheffield Wednesday in talks to sign him.
The sooner the 23-year-old leaves the London Stadium the better as far as I’m concerned – he’s nowhere near good enough to be playing Premier League football.
Coventry has made just 10 appearances for the Hammers (Transfermarkt), and he has been involved with the first-team for five-and-a-half years now!
He hasn’t been given a single minute of action this season, and it’s clear to see that he isn’t even a fringe player at the club anymore.
The midfielder will be out of contract with the Hammers in the summer, so if we manage to sell him this month for any kind of fee, it will be a good result for us.
West Ham are clearly ready to let the player leave this winter, and that’s 100% the correct decision.
