The West Ham starting lineup selected by David Moyes is a strong one and features one very big change.

Tonight’s clash is a hugely important one for both the Hammers and the Magpies, but for very different reasons. West Ham are trying to create some distance between ourselves and the bottom three whilst Newcastle are in a really strong position to finish inside the top four.

It should be an absolute cracker tonight…

Hammers boss David Moyes has made one change from our 1-0 win over Southampton on Sunday afternoon.

In comes Michail Antonio in place of Danny Ings.

As long as Moyes sets his team up to start the game on the front foot, I believe that we have a chance of beating Newcastle at the London Stadium tonight.

The problem is that I don’t have faith in Moyes to do that. I fully expect him to tell the players to sit back and keep it tight before opening up with 10 or 15 minutes remaining.

If we do that, we will get beaten comfortably by the Toon I have no doubts about that.

The West Ham starting lineup for the game against Newcastle has more than enough about it to get the job done. Personally I would have liked to see Manuel Lanzini come in for Tomas Soucek but beggars can’t be choosers.

Fingers crossed the players go for it tonight, because we really do need a win. COYI X
