If West Ham’s hierarchy really are eyeing Kompany then they will like what they hear.

“They’ve been fantastic (under Kompany), they’ve been head and shoulders above anybody in that league this season,” Mee said on MNF.
“From what (I hear) having spoken to the lads (at Burnley), they’ve enjoyed it you know. They’ve really enjoyed playing under him.
“(They say) he loves the game clearly, is involved in everything, massive turnaround in such a short space in time (in the style and results at Burnley). He’s done a great job.
“I think everyone has just got high praise for him at the club.”
