Report: Nottingham Forest could have 11 first-team players out injured for West Ham clash

Nottingham Forest reportedly could have 11 first-team players out injured for the West Ham United clash on Saturday.

That’s according to a report from injury expert Ben Dinnery via Premier Injuries who claims that eight Nottingham Forest stars will definitely miss the game against West Ham at the London Stadium.

Both Forest and the Hammers are in serious relegation trouble, but Steve Cooper‘s side are a lot better off than us at the moment.

David Moyes‘s men are currently sitting in 18th spot in the Premier League table, having taken only 20 points from our first 23 games.

As a result, Moyes is under real pressure, and he could be replaced by Rafa Benitez if West Ham don’t get a win against Forest on Saturday.

It seems as though the Hammers will have a very good chance of winning this weekend though…

Injury expert Ben Dinnery has claimed that eight Forest players are definitely ruled out for the Hammers clash through injury – Willy Boly, Scott McKenna, Taiwo Awoniyi, Moussa Niakhate, Dean Henderson, Giulian Biancone, Omar Richards and Cheikhou Kouyate.

Meanwhile, Jesse Lingard, Ryan Yates and Serge Aurier all have a 25% chance of playing against the Hammers.

If all of those 11 don’t play, or even if it is just eight, Steve Cooper will still have a huge task on his hands, if Forest are to leave East London with any kind of result.

West Ham have to go for the jugular against Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon, if we are to take maximum points from the contest.

A weakened Forest side through injuries will definitely help us achieve that goal.

The problem for us in the long run is that if West Ham win the match, Moyes will remain in charge for at least another week…sigh.

In all seriousness though, three points will be the most important thing this weekend, however we manage to come by them.
