Gianluca Scamacca reportedly could leave West Ham United to join AC Milan on a season-long loan.
According to Italian journalist Paolo Bargiggia who spoke to Area Napoli, AC Milan are interested in signing West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca this summer.

Scamacca, 24, is said to have a ‘desire for revenge’ and to prove that he is still capable of making it at the very highest level after his poor debut campaign with the Hammers.

The Italy international joined West Ham from Sassuolo in the summer of 2022 for around £35 million (Sky Sports).
However, things haven’t gone to plan for him at the London Stadium. And his time in East London could now be short lived…
AC Milan want to sign West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca on season-long loan
Paolo Bargiggia has told Area Napoli that the 24-year-old Hammers hitman is keen to prove that he still has what it takes, and Milan could sign him on a season-long loan deal this summer.
Allowing Scamacca, who ears £71k-a-week (Salary Sport) to leave in the summer would be a big call from West Ham and David Moyes.
If that does happen, I truly believe that it would be a huge mistake.
The 24-year-old forward will miss the rest of this season having undergone knee surgery. However, I still think that he has so much to offer the Hammers.
I think that the 24-year-old forward is a top-class player who has been painfully misused by Moyes this season.

If Moyes finally realises that Scamacca needs to be played alongside another striker or two narrow wingers, then he will be a success at the London Stadium.
However, if West Ham allow Gianluca Scamacca to join AC Milan this summer I have no doubts that he will rip it up back in Italy.
Hopefully the Hammers keep the Italian at the club and do everything to get the best out of him.
We really don’t want another Sebastien Haller situation on our hands.
