Julien Faubert has suggested that David Moyes is lucky to still be manager of West Ham United.
West Ham boss David Moyes should have been sacked already and replaced by Brendan Rodgers, according to Julien Faubert.

Faubert was a real fan favourite at Upton Park, and spent five years in East London before he left the Hammers to join Elazigspor in 2012.

The 39-year-old often talks about his love for West Ham and has opened up numerous times about how much he enjoyed his time with the club (The Athletic).
And the Frenchman clearly still keeps an eye on the goings on at his former club…
Julien Faubert wants David Moyes to be replaced at West Ham
The former Hammers spoke to Football.London about Moyes’s fall from grace in charge of the East London outfit this season:
“David Moyes is lucky to still be in charge of West Ham, if I’m honest… especially when you look at how many managers have been sacked in the Premier League this season, and the performances we’ve seen from his team over the last few months. I was surprised when I saw in the news that he still has the backing of the board. I’ve said it before; I hope they don’t make the same mistake as they did when they appointed Avram Grant. As far as the next replacement goes, I’d like to see someone come in who is already associated with the club in some way. There are some great names out there, the likes of Graham Potter and Brendan Rodgers would obviously be linked if Moyes was to leave any time soon.”
Faubert then went on to champion Rodgers for the London Stadium job:
“In an ideal world, they’d bring in someone who supports the club, someone who has spent a lot of time around the place, because there’s something special about West Ham, and you’ll only know it if you’ve been a part of it before. I want someone to come in who loves the club. Of the names that are out there now, though, I’d like Brendan Rodgers. I like what he brings to a team and I could see him being a good fit. I don’t see them going for a foreign manager – unless it was me! I think they need to stick with a British guy, someone who understands the identity of the club.”

I actually agree with Faubert here. Rodgers would be a great appointment for West Ham.
The 50-year-old would be absolutely perfect for us, in spite of his recent struggles with Leicester.
Rodgers has had sustained success for years with Liverpool, Celtic and Leicester City.
He deploys an expansive brand of exciting, attacking football. It would be such a refreshing change for the Hammers fans to have someone like Rodgers at the helm at the London Stadium.
And guess what? He’s actually won numerous trophies with Leicester and Celtic – something that Moyes has never done in his two-decade plus managerial career.
Rodgers has nine trophies to his name during his time in football management, including two league titles. I would love to see Rodgers move to the London Stadium.
As Julien Faubert says, Moyes really is lucky to still be in a job at West Ham.
