David Moyes and Tim Steidten are allegedly in the midst of a ‘power struggle’ at West Ham United right now.
West Ham manager David Moyes and Director of Football Tim Steidten have been working together since July 1st, but they were apparently at loggerheads in the summer regarding which players to bring to the London Stadium.
The Hammers signed James Ward-Prowse, Edson Alvarez, Konstantinos Mavropanos and Mohammed Kudus.
Only Ward-Prowse was believed to be a Moyes signing out of all those four players, with Steidten taking the lead on the others.

The Scot has struggled to get the best out of his team in the Premier League this season, with West Ham now sitting inside the bottom half of the table, having lost three straight games.
And now, the stories are coming out about a power struggle at the London Stadium…
Reporter with close Sullivan links makes David Moyes / Tim Steidten power struggler claim
Sean Whetstone – a reporter believed to be close to Hammers majority owner David Sullivan – has claimed that Moyes and Steidten are currently at loggerheads.
And Whetstone suggested on Twitter that if one man is forced to leave as a result, there will only be one winner:
With the Hammers in the midst of a really poor run of form, it’s no surprise that these kind of stories have started to come out.
Moyes is under real pressure now, and he only has himself to blame. Every single time we take the lead in a game, the players sit back, and don’t get me started on what he must say to them at half-time!
If West Ham fail to beat Olympiacos and Nottingham Forest in the Europa League and Premier League before the international break, the Scot may well be in real trouble.
And according to Whetstone, Tim Steidten will emerge victorious from his power struggle with David Moyes, if it does indeed come down to that.
