Mohammed Kudus has already named his favourite West Ham United player and they could be a match made in heaven.
Signed, sealed, delivered he’s ours. Yes West Ham fans, Mohammed Kudus is now officially a Hammers player.
It wouldn’t be a West Ham transfer saga without some 11th hour scare stories.
And there were very real fears that other clubs, including those in mega rich Saudi Arabia and one Premier League rival, were going to hijack West Ham’s move for the 23-year-old in the last couple of days.
Chelsea enquired about signing Kudus last month – as confirmed by David Ornstein.

But late on Saturday night Fabrizio Romano confirmed West Ham’s fourth summer signing with his trademark ‘here we go’.
On Sunday evening West Ham finally officially unveiled what looks set to be the club’s most exciting signing since Dimitri Payet.
Before the Ghana star’s arrival in east London, that honour – or pressure depending how you view it – went to a certain Lucas Paqueta.
The prospect of the Brazil ace linking up with Kudus is a mouthwatering one. And not just for West Ham fans it seems.
Because Kudus has already named his favourite West Ham player and they could be a match made in heaven.

He may be reuniting with his former Ajax teammate Edson Alvarez at West Ham – a fact he told the club’s website he is delighted about – but Kudus has named Paqueta as his favourite Hammers player.
In his first interview as a West Ham player, Kudus was asked 10 quickfire questions.
And when asked to name a favourite West Ham player from afar he did not hesitate, responding: “Paqueta.”
West Ham have given their new explosive young star big billing in his announcement.
“A strong all-round player and prolific dribbler capable of making and scoring goals, Kudus has established himself as one of European football’s most sought after young players. Now, he has brought his talents to London Stadium,” it reads.
What a player. What a signing. West Ham are massive.
