RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.

So much credit has to go to David Moyes for the manner in which he has galvanised Micky and converted him into an orthodox central striker.

Antonio has been absolutely flying this season. He’s bagged seven goals and four assists in 13 games in all competitions for West Ham (Transfermarkt).

The powerful forward also bagged two absolutely brilliant goals for Jamaica during the latest round of international fixtures.

Micah Richards absolutely raves about Michail Antonio

The 31-year-old is absolutely adored at the London Stadium by the fans, his teammates and his manager.

It seems as though those outside of East London have really taken notice of Micky this season as well.

Richards spoke to the Daily Mail and offered an insight into just how good Antonio has become:

“Plenty of super goals to enjoy during the international break but none made me jump out of my chair like Michail Antonio’s blast for Jamaica against the United States. This man is on fire! I remember playing against him when he was at Nottingham Forest, he was strong and quick but I never expected him to progress as he has done. What an absolutely fantastic story this has been. I love how down to earth he is. He is one of the top strikers in the division right now and there can be no higher compliment.”

High praise indeed from Richards.

Perhaps the most impressive thing about Antonio’s recent rise to prominence is the manner in which he has refined his game.

He holds the ball up with aplomb and is a very good finisher now.

Micah Richards waxing lyrical about Antonio proves that the West Ham striker is making everyone sit up and take notice of him.
