The 26-year-old has been absolutely sensational for the Hammers this season and David Moyes must be delighted with his form.

50 games is quite the tally for Paqueta – he has only been at the London Stadium for just over 13 months after all.
And the Brazilian made a frank admission about the milestone he reached last night…
Lucas Paqueta makes honest admission after Freiburg win
The Brazilian addressed the media last night, and reporters asked him about his thoughts on racking up his 50th appearance for the Hammers.
However, Paqueta was unaware that he had reached the milestone until Emerson Palmieri told him after the match, as quoted by WHUFC.com:

“I’m very happy to reach 50 games. In fact I didn’t know about it, Emerson told me in the dressing room so it’s very important to complete 50 games in this shirt winning the match and scoring a goal.”
Paqueta is a truly sensational player and if Moyes can keep him at the club for longer than two seasons, it will be a huge result.
He does seem to be more than happy at the London Stadium, so who knows, the Scot might be able to do just that that.
Lucas Paqueta ran the show for West Ham against Freiburg, just like he has done in numerous games for us this season.
Let’s hope that the talented South American maintains this fine form for the duration of the 2023/24 campaign.
