David Moyes is currently ‘safe as houses’ in his role as West Ham United manager according to one journalist.
And if true, that is terrible news for the West Ham fans and the club in general, in my opinion.

The Hammers are currently sitting inside the relegation zone in the Premier League table, having taken just 20 points from our opening 23 games.
Moyes has performed terribly in his role as manager at the London Stadium this season, with his negative tactics and baffling team selections continuing to hold us back.
It seems as though that’s not exactly the case though…
Moyes claim made by journalist with West Ham in serious relegation trouble
The Sun journalist Paul Brown has provided an update on Moyes’s current situation at the London Stadium, when speaking to Give Me Sport.
Brown said:
“There’s no appetite to change the manager at West Ham right now. He’s safe as houses, I think, for the time being. They have some very big games coming up. And I think if they were to stay in the bottom three or get cut adrift over the next few weeks, I could see that changing. There was a point when I think West Ham seriously considered changing the manager and decided against it because they do still believe in David Moyes, having delivered their first European campaign in years, their best European campaign in years, their best finish in years. I do think they are willing to try and give him as much time as possible to get them out of this.”
Wow, just wow.
With that kind of ambition, there is only one way that we are heading, and that is down to the Championship.
I have no doubts in my mind that if David Moyes stays in charge of West Ham, we will get relegated from the Premier League.
And if that happens, the owners will only have themselves to blame.
