The Hammers have been really poor this season, and it’s about time that Moyes set up his team to go for a big win against Southampton.

West Ham will undoubtedly be favourites this weekend, and it seems as though we’ll have a great chance to win the game…

West Ham boost ahead of Southampton clash

According to injury expert Ben Dinnery, via Premier Injuries, the Saints could be missing five key players for the clash with the Hammers at the London Stadium.

Juan Larios, Valentino Livramento and Armel Bella-Kotchap are all definitely ruled out whilst Che Adams and Mohamed Salisu are said to only have a 50% chance of featuring against West Ham.

If all five of those players are missing for Southampton, the Hammers really will have a great chance to win the game.

Should David Moyes set up his team in an attacking manner and with the mindset needed to win the match, we should be just fine.

However, if the Scot does his usual and insists on sitting back and keeping things tight, the West Ham players need to take matters into their own hands against Southampton.

The game on Sunday is an absolutely huge one and nothing less than three points will do. A weakened Saints side will help us achieve what would be a massive win, there’s no doubt about that.
