One West Ham United player has been pictured back in training after suffering a concerning injury last weekend.
West Ham manager David Moyes has plenty of injury concerns right now, with his entire first choice front-line out of action.
The Hammers have also been stung by Mohammed Kudus heading off to AFCON with Ghana as well.
In addition to all of those absentees, Konstantinos Mavropanos is another player who is a big injury concern.
During our FA Cup clash with Bristol City on Sunday, the 26-year-old centre-back left the pitch with a suspected rib injury.
With Nayef Aguerd away at AFCON, and Kurt Zouma suffering with his fitness, Mavropanos’s injury was a huge concern. However, there’s some good news for the West Ham fans…

Huge West Ham injury boost
The Greece international is clearly back and ready to play ahead of our replay with Bristol City at Ashton Gate tomorrow.
The big defender was pictured in training via photos on the West Ham website (picture number 7 out of 17).
The rib injury sustained by Mavropanos obviously wasn’t a serious one, and that’s really good news for the Hammers.
The former Arsenal and Stuttgart ace has improved week in, week out for West Ham recently, so the fact that he’s seemingly back and ready to play is a huge and timely boost for us.
Zouma clearly needs to be wrapped in cotton wool for the foreseeable future, and saved for the Premier League, so we need Mavropanos more than ever right now.
It’s about time that West Ham received an injury boost, and the Greek ace returning to training is just what we needed.
Whether he’ll start our FA Cup clash with Bristol City tomorrow night remains to be seen though.
