Bayern Munich are the latest club to join the race to sign Declan Rice from West Ham this summer.
According to a report from Sport 1, Bayern Munich are keen admirers of West Ham captain Declan Rice, but the 24-year-old allegedly could be well out of the German club’s price range.

Hammers boss David Moyes is said to be demanding £120 million for Rice’s signature this summer (Sky Sports). Whether West Ham manage to get that kind of fee for Dec remains to be seen.
A bidding war would certainly help us get maximum value for Rice, and it seems as though that’s exactly what could happen this summer…
Bayern Munich join Declan Rice hunt
Sport 1 reckon that the powers that be at the Allianz Arena are eyeing up a bold summer move to sign the West Ham captain.
However, it is stated that Rice could prove to be far too expensive for the Bundesliga giants and as a result, thy may focus their attention on Ajax ace Edson Alvarez instead.
Coincidentally, Alvarez is a reported transfer target for West Ham.

Losing Rice will be a really tough pill to swallow for the Hammers fans this summer. However, Dec moving abroad would be the best outcome for us for obvious reasons.
Ex-Hammer James Collins recently described Rice as an ‘incredible’ player (talkSPORT), and he’s not wrong. In fact, it could be argued that the 24-year-old is the very best at what he does in world football, or up there in the top three at the very least.
Declan Rice is easily good enough to play for any club in world football, and he’d walk into the Bayern Munich starting XI in my opinion.
I have to say though, I think the 24-year-old will be far too expensive for the German club, and he’ll more than likely end up at one of the Premier League’s biggest clubs this summer.
