The 31-year-old left-back has been a man reborn over the past 18 months or so.
It wasn’t that long ago when the West Ham fans were writing him off, labelling him as a washed up and finished defender.

Cresswell has managed to completely turn things around though and is now considered to be one of the most important players David Moyes has at his disposal at the London Stadium.
The Liverpool-born defender was his ever reliable self once again for West Ham away at Wolves this afternoon.
He was a real threat going forward down the left-hand flank and he defended with a real sense of assurance and solidarity.

Cresswell’s block late on in the first half from a Nelson Semedo shot was as good as a goal as it kept the scoreline at 0-0.
