That’s according to club insiders Claret and Hugh who claim that the Hammers have secured a last-minute slot in London today to get Paqueta a work permit and subsequently get international clearance of him to be registered.

The silky South American star seemingly now has a chance of being registered in time for the huge London derbies that the Hammers face against Spurs and Chelsea tomorrow night and Saturday afternoon respectively.

That’s according to Claret and Hugh, with the club insiders claiming that a last-minute slot has been secured in London by West Ham to get international clearance for Paqueta.

It will be great news if the ex-Lyon ace is indeed ready to take part against Tottenham by tomorrow. He surely won’t start the match but having him as an option off the bench will be a huge boost for David Moyes.

Paqueta will undoubtedly go on to become a real star at West Ham.

The 25-year-old will add that certain amount of creativity, guile and composure that we have so desperately lacked in the middle of the park recently.

After our win over Aston Villa on Sunday and the signing of Paqueta, the feel-good factor is back at the London Stadium.
