Nathan Trott has just won the player of the month award for AS Nancy Lorraine after leaving West Ham on loan in the summer.

The 22-year-old goalkeeper is extremely highly rated at the London Stadium.
Hammers boss David Moyes is well-stocked in the goalkeeping department though, so this season will be a vital one for Trott.
He joined Nancy Lorraine on loan from West Ham during the summer window and will stay with the Ligue 2 outfit until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old stopper has made 11 appearances for Nancy Lorraine, conceding 19 goals and keeping two clean sheets in the process.
He conceded four goals in three games in October – a run that saw Nancy Lorraine record one win, two draws and a defeat.
Trott’s form was good enough to secure him the Player of the Month award:
Nancy are currently rock bottom of the Ligue 2 table.
So Trott will undoubtedly be getting plenty of action and has a real chance to prove his quality this season.
In his 11 appearances this season, Trott has made 34 saves (Fbref).

The West Ham owned youngster is a genuine talent and has the kind of size and stature needed to succeed in the Premier League.

This season on loan with Nancy Lorraine will do him the world of good.
And David Moyes will undoubtedly be pleased that Trott is proving himself this term, albeit at a fairly poor level.
