The Hammers were absolutely brilliant against the Toffees at Goodison Park.
Everything the West Ham players did was top-class from the very first whistle until the last…almost everything.
The Hammers were incredibly profligate in front of goal against Everton.
That’s nothing new, we suffered the same problems against Brentford and Crystal Palace earlier on in the season.

West Ham were clinical last season. Our ruthlessness in front of goal played a huge role in our sixth place finish in the Premier League table. And we seem to have lost that this term.
David Moyes shares why he was angry with West Ham players
The Hammers really should have put the game against Everton to bed inside the first-half such was our dominance.
And Moyes told reporters how that aspect of his side’s performance really frustrated him yesterday, as quoted to the Evening Standard:

“I was annoyed because I thought our play had warranted goals or even if it had been clear opportunities from it.”
It’s surely only a matter of time before we score four or five against one of our opponents.
The likes of Jarrod Bowen and Pablo Fornals simply need to be more ruthless in and around the 18-yard box.
That will come with extra work on the training ground and you can guarantee that Moyes will be putting added emphasis on that particular part of the game this week at Rush Green.
