Thilo Kehrer has absolutely raved about the West Ham United fans, when speaking to the club’s official website.

And he’s already made a very big impression at the London Stadium.
Kehrer made an inauspicious start to life at West Ham, after he gave a penalty away against Brighton during his debut.

The Germany international bounced back in fine style, however, with strong performances against Viborg and Aston Villa respectively.
Kehrer has already endeared himself to the West Ham faithful with his passionate, swashbuckling displays.
And it seems as though the feeling is very much mutual…
Thilo Kehrer praises the West Ham fans
The 25-year-old defender has already been mightily impressed by the Hammers fans.
Kehrer told WHUFC.com:

“Knowing the history and importance of the game [against Tottenham] it is very big a London derby. I am really looking forward to it. I think we are ready. We are going in with [the aim to win] and the fans in the stadium. I am really looking forward to the atmosphere. We heard the fans all game [against Villa]. We felt that [noise]. They pushed us – it gave us extra energy, and we really needed that today. The atmosphere is really special. I have heard a lot about the fans before, and now I have experienced it: I have to say I love it.”
That really is great to hear from one of our new signings.
Thilo Kehrer and the West Ham fans seem like a match made in heaven.
Lets hope that both the German and the London Stadium crowd are on top form tonight for our clash with Tottenham.
