Michail Antonio has responded to the now infamous Moussa Dembele wink ahead of the Lyon vs West Ham Europa League clash tonight.
West Ham and Lyon battled it out for a 1-1 draw in the first-leg at the London Stadium last week.

That doesn’t tell the whole story though…far from it in fact.

The totally inept Felix Zwayer sent off Aaron Cresswell just before half-time in what was a truly shocking decision from a supposed elite level referee.
What made the decision even more frustrating was the actions of Moussa Dembele immediately after.
Cresswell was adjudged to have brought down the 25-year-old, and the Frenchman responded with an extremely aggravating wink:
Moussa Dembele wink: Antonio sends simple message
The West Ham striker was speaking to reporters yesterday ahead of the huge Europa League clash at the Groupama Stadium tonight.
There will undoubtedly be a bit of needle after the actions from some of the Lyon players last week – none more so than Dembele.
And Antonio responded when asked by reporters about the Moussa Dembele wink, as quoted by WHUFC.com:

“There’s an edge anyway, it’s a quarter-final. The game has to end tomorrow anyway so we know we have to go out there and win the game. Even before what happened last week, today was going to be edgy, tomorrow’s going to be edgy.”
A crucial part of the game tonight for the West Ham players will be managing their emotions.
There will be no use in being overly fired up and running around like headless chickens.
Lyon are an experienced European team and they will exploit any kind of naivety that we might show. David Moyes will be drumming that into his players ahead of tonight’s game.
Wouldn’t it be great if we got our own back on Dembele tonight. It’s funny how things always come back around in football and life in general.
