Wolves are now pushing to sign Said Benrahma from West Ham United in the January transfer window.

The January transfer window is expected to be a very busy one for West Ham United, and Said Benrahma could be the latest player to leave with Wolves chasing his signature.

Foot Mercato claim that the 28-year-old Hammers winger is firmly on the Black Country outfit’s radar, with Gary O’Neill trying to beat Lyon to his signature.

Wolves have been linked with the Algeria international already this month, and now it seems like they’re stepping up their pursuit.

Benrahma has been awful for West Ham this season, with no goals and only one assist to his name in 21 games (Transfermarkt).

David Moyes clearly doesn’t trust him as a regular starter anymore, and the sooner he leaves the club the better for all parties involved as far as I’m concerned…

Wolves pushing for Benrahma

Our Premier League rivals seem to be determined to win the race for the former Brentford man this winter.

Wolves are trying to beat Lyon to the winger, but West Ham are holding out for £20 million for Benrahma.

I would sell him for £15 million if Wolves really want him. The 28-year-old has been an absolute shadow of his former self this season.

He lacks any kind of confidence and actually seems to be afraid to take on his man – a totally disastrous situation for a winger to be in.

Said Benrahma has shown glimpses of what he’s capable of since moving to the London Stadium, but they have been few and far between.

Moyes needs to make a really big upgrade in the left wing department either in January or the upcoming summer transfer window.

And if Wolves sign Benrahma this month, it will certainly provide Moyes with the funds needed to do just that in the January window.
