West Ham United are reportedly ‘concretely positioned’ to make an official bid for Elye Wahi soon.
According to L’Equipe, West Ham are in the strongest position to sign Montpellier striker Elye Wahi in the summer transfer window.

Hammers boss David Moyes desperately needs to bolster his centre-forward ranks, with Gianluca Scamacca having left to join Atalanta.
The addition of someone with blistering pace is much needed, and it seems as though Wahi could be the man for the job…
West Ham will make concrete offer for Elye Wahi imminently
L’Equipe reckon that the Hammers are strongest placed out of any club to sign the French hitman this summer.
And West Ham are ready to make an offer for the striker imminently.
Montpellier want around £30 million for Wahi. I think that would represent really good value for the Hammers, and Moyes cannot hesitate to bring him to the London Stadium this summer.

He is an absolute speed demon and has the kind of pace that terrifies defenders.
The 20-year-old is an incredible finisher as well. Last season, he bagged 19 goals and six assists in 33 Ligue 1 games for Montpellier (Transfermarkt).
He’s exactly the kind of striker Moyes needs at the London Stadium.
And if West Ham have a genuine chance of singing Elye Wahi, Moyes just needs to get it wrapped up and done before bigger clubs join us in the race.
