West Ham United are working hard to get even more deals over the line before the January transfer window slams shut.
The January transfer window will be vitally important to West Ham’s hopes of avoiding relegation this season.
West Ham have already signed Pablo and Taty Castellanos but it’s obvious to see that Nuno Espirito Santo needs more.
It’s fair to say that Nuno actually needs to strengthen his squad in every department.
Would you take relegation if it meant that David Sullivan would leave?! 🤔
While two strikers have been signed, the additions of a top-class centre-back and a dynamic central midfielder are required as well.
The Hammers could well be close to completing the second part of that equation.
West Ham make bid to seal third January transfer window deal
There is obviously a lot of doom and gloom around the Hammers right now.
However, the addition of one or two quality players between now and the end of the January window could change the mood very quickly at the London Stadium.
And Alpha Toure seems to be the man who could soon become the Hammers’ third January signing.

West Ham were first linked with Toure on Saturday and now it seems like their interest has manifested into an official bid.
According to a report from L’Equipe, West Ham have lodged a £6 million bid for Toure.
The 19-year-old is an industrious defensive midfielder.
He has energy and dynamism in abundance and his athleticism would be a big plus for West Ham.
Alpha Toure will bring two crucial things to West Ham
Hopefully West Ham will get rid of Guido Rodriguez soon, with Juventus tracking the Argentine.
The free signing of the 31-year-old was doomed from the start due to the fact that he isn’t suited to the robust nature of Premier League football one little bit.
That’s why Toure will be such a good signing for the Hammers.
He is naturally gifted with two specific attributes that mean there is every chance he will succeed in England – pace and power.
£6 million in this day and age is nothing and considering Alpha Toure’s ability and potential, he is well worth the gamble for that money.
Who knows, perhaps West Ham signing Toure will provide them with the spark they need to beat the drop.
