Two unnamed Premier League clubs are keen to sign West Ham player in January, and David Moyes is reluctant to let him go.
That’s according to a report from Sky Sports who claim that Vladimir Coufal is being targeted by Bayer Leverkusen ahead of the January transfer window, as well as two unnamed Premier League clubs.
Moyes is apparently willing to sell the 34-capped Czech Republic international for around £6 million in January (Football Insider).

Sky Sports suggest that the Scot is reluctant to let Coufal leave, however, with a lack of defensive cover at his disposal currently.
There is allegedly a real clamour for Coufal’s signature though…
Two Premier League clubs keen to sign West Ham player
Sky Sports reckon that Bayer Leverkusen are currently showing the most interest in signing Vladimir Coufal in the January window.
There are allegedly two unnamed Premier League clubs in the race as well though.
I think that Moyes should sell Coufal in January, we have plenty of cover at right-back in the form of Ben Johnson, Harrison Ashby and Thilo Kehrer.
Coufal was brought to the Hammers for around £4 million in October 2020 (The Sun).
Initially, he made such a promising start to life at West Ham and looked like an incredibly good value for money signing.
The 30-year-old has regressed badly over the past year or so though, and now is the right time to sell him in my opinion.
Coufal suffered a groin injury playing for West Ham against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup in September 2021, but kept playing through the pain for quite some time.
He was then forced to spend an extensive period on the sidelines because of the injury and in truth, he never really returned as the same player.
A lot of players struggle to get back to their very best after serious injuries. Most of those players have gone through things like leg breaks of ACL injuries though.

Coufal’s injury was only a groin strain in fairness.
Now, the fact that he’s 30 clearly hasn’t helped. He will be on the downturn physically anyway, regardless of injuries.
Gone is the player who absolutely dominated attackers like Jack Grealish and Heung-Min Son last season.
The 30-year-old right-back is a shadow of his former self…at both ends of the pitch I might add.
And with two Premier League clubs keen to sign the West Ham player this winter, moving him on should be an easy decision for Moyes.
