A reporter has shared how Chelsea star Armando Broja feels about a move to West Ham amid fresh links emerging.
West Ham and Chelsea were both highly active in the summer. But now they are having to cut their FFP cloth accordingly in the January transfer window.
After sizeable rebuilds for both the Hammers and the Blues – Chelsea’s clearly more expensive but no more successful than West Ham’s – the London rivals have been accused of neglecting the striker department.
West Ham fans felt the club should have signed a forward in the summer.

Striker Claret and Blues for rivals
And now injuries to Jarrod Bowen, Michail Antonio and Lucas Paqueta, along with Mohammed Kudus being at AFCON, threatens to derail their top six challenge.
With the January window open, though, the Hammers have the opportunity to do something about it.
There has been a longstanding West Ham interest in – among others – Chelsea bit-part striker Armando Broja.
Transfer reporter Rudy Galetti exclusively told Hammers News last week that ‘West Ham have asked Chelsea for information’ on signing Broja this month.
Mauricio Pochettino recently made it clear Chelsea must look to sign a striker in January.

How Broja feels about West Ham move
The Blues are looking to sell academy products to maximise profits for the purposes of FFP. And Broja is one of those who could be moved on.
Now a reporter has shared how Chelsea star Broja feels about a move to West Ham amid fresh links.
TEAMtalk reporter Fraser Gillan claims he has been told David Moyes remains very keen on signing Broja this month.
And he states that Chelsea could now sell for £30m having been unimpressed by his form.
Better still for the Hammers, the Slough-born Albania striker would ‘not be against’ a move.

Fresh links emerge
“West Ham boss David Moyes is keen to add a striker to his squad this month and is keen on Chelsea star Armando Broja, TEAMtalk can confirm,” the report states.
“TEAMtalk sources have indicated that West Ham would be one of the sides to make a move should there be a green light from Chelsea that Broja is available this month.
“We understand the striker is not completely against a move away from the club. Chelsea are expected to demand around £30m for Broja this winter if Pochettino does decide to sell him.
“Although the Hammers don’t have the deepest pockets in the Premier League, this would not be an insurmountable fee for them to pay for a new forward.”
Broja would be the perfect striker to fit Moyes’ system and style of play.
West Ham have been offloading players to make space in their squad and on the wage bill.
And the east Londoners are also desperate to bring in players of homegrown status too – a box that 22-year-old Broja also ticks.
