West Ham boss David Moyes has been extremely busy in the transfer market this summer, bringing seven new faces to the London Stadium.
In addition to those signings, he’s also brought talented youngster Patrick Kelly to the club.

The Hammers are now being linked with a big money move for Lyon star Lucas Paqueta (L’Equipe), but it seems as though another highly talented youngster is on Moyes’s radar as well…
West Ham make Arne Engels bid
Football Transfers reckon that the Hammers have had a bid rejected for the 18-year-old Club Brugge starlet.
It is suggested that he came onto West Ham’s radar after his impressive performances in the UEFA Youth League, where he bagged three goals and two assists in nine games.
He is the latest in a long line of talented players to emerge from Club Brugge’ academy, according to Football Talent Scout.
Engels is a right midfielder by trade but can also operate in the central midfield and right-back positions.

The young Belgian possesses impressive technique and unsurprisingly given his age, has real energy and athleticism.
The Hammers will know the powers that be at Club Brugge well, having been in discussions to sign Hans Vanaken for over a week now (Voetbal 24).
Arne Engels is a hugely exciting young talent and we’d love to see him at West Ham.
Whether the Hammers go back in with a new and improved offer for the Belgian youngster remains to be seen though…
