Leeds United are reportedly pushing closer to signing West Ham United transfer target Tete in the January window.
That’s according to a report from L’Equipe who claim that the 22-year-old Brazilian winger will be in Leeds today to sign for the Whites.

Moyes really needs to bolster his wide attacking ranks at West Ham between now and next week when the January transfer window slams shut.
Tete would have been absolutely perfect for us, but it seems as though he’s Elland Road bound…
Leeds close to signing West Ham target Tete
L’Equipe claim that the exciting winger could sign for Leeds as soon as today.
And losing out on Tete to the Whites is just inexcusable from West Ham in my opinion.
The 22-year-old has bagged eight goals and 10 assists in 30 games for Lyon since joining them in March. He racked up 31 goals and 15 assists in 108 games for Shakhtar (Transfermarkt).
Tete possesses skill and pace in abundance and his playing style is quintessentially Brazilian.

He’s only 22, so is far from the finished article. The South American has so much talent and potential though. He has been described as a ‘stunning player’ by Ligue 1’s official website.
Tete could go on to become one of the elite wingers in world football if he continues to work hard and applies himself correctly both on and off the pitch.
It’s such a shame that the Hammers didn’t move quicker to sign the exceptionally talented winger.
Tete is now seemingly heading to Leeds, and David Moyes will undoubtedly live to regret not signing him.
