West Ham are set to make a concrete offer for Sparta Prague forward Adam Hlozek in January according to insider ExWHUemployee.

Hammers boss David Moyes desperately needs to sign another top-class forward if we are to continue our push for the Champions League spots in the new year.

Michail Antonio simply cannot carry the burden of scoring goals consistently on his own – as has been proven over the past month or so.

Moyes needs to bring in quality competition and cover for the 31-year-old Jamaica international.

And the Scot apparently has one man in particular on his radar.

Insider claims West Ham set to make concrete offer for ‘exceptional’ striker in January

Hammers insider ExWHUemployee has suggested that a concrete bid to sign Sparta Prague starlet Adam Hlozek will be lodged in January.

The Athletic claimed that West Ham wanted to sign the £15m-rated hitman in the summer.

That obviously didn’t happen but it seems as though we are set to go back in for the 19-year-old following the recent investment from Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky.

The 46-year-old holds a 40% stake in Sparta Prague, so West Ham bringing Hlozek to the London Stadium should be a fairly straightforward deal.

Hlozek is a really exciting talent.

And he is a Czech Republic international. So it would be no surprise to see Moyes add to the three Czech stars we already have at the London Stadium.

The young striker has been described as an ‘exceptional striker’ by Sparta Prague boss Pavel Vrba (iSport).

Hlozek bagged 15 goals and eight assists in 19 league games for Sparta last season. This term, he has racked up four goals and seven assists in 15 league games (Transfermarkt).

He really is a very exciting young talent.
