David Moyes will be keen to bolster his central midfield ranks at the London Stadium this summer, with Declan Rice looking likely to leave.

James Ward-Prowse reportedly open to West Ham move
According to the Mirror, the 28-year-old midfielder is open to joining the Hammers in the summer.
That really is great news for us – I believe that the 10-capped England international would be an exceptional addition for West Ham.
Ward-Prowse, 28, is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League, and has been described as a ‘brilliant’ player by The Athletic.
He is well-known for his incredible ability from set-pieces, and with Aaron Cresswell most likely on the way out of this West Ham team, Moyes bringing in Ward-Prowse would make perfect sense.

I have to say though, £50 million seems a little steep. That’s not to say Southampton shouldn’t be demanding that much money – it’s their prerogative.
He’s under contract at St Mary’s until the summer of 2026 after all. I’m just not sure that that fee would represent good value for the Hammers, that’s all.
Having said that, if you want to compete with the best, £50 million is the kind of price you need to be paying for a proven Premier League player.
And if West Ham sign James Ward-Prowse this summer, i’ll be more than happy, regardless of whether we pay slightly over the odds or not.
