David Moyes has told midfield star Manuel Lanzini he can leave and it all points to Hans Vanaken for West Ham before the transfer deadline.
West Ham have made eight signings and spent around £180m and counting in the summer window.

And it seems one of those heading out of the West Ham exit could be Argentine midfielder Manuel Lanzini.
West Ham have been linked with a host of midfielders this summer. And there has been intense speculation the club will sign Belgian midfielder Vanaken despite the arrival of Lucas Paqueta.
Vanaken, 30, has made several public declarations that he wants to join West Ham having played his entire career in Belgium.

Now Moyes has reportedly told midfield star Lanzini he can leave and it all points to Vanaken for West Ham.
Football Insider claims sources have told them West Ham are open to offers for Lanzini before Thursday’s deadline.
The report states Moyes has told Lanzini, who turns 30 next February and has played over 200 games for West Ham, he can look for a new club after the arrival of Paqueta.
But although Paqueta can play the deeper midfield role Lanzini has occupied in recent seasons, Moyes’ decision more likely suggests Vanaken could be on his way.

The Belgian has been one of Moyes’ prime targets and West Ham were bidding for both him AND Paqueta, suggesting the manager wants both.
After the public declarations from Moyes on Vanaken and the player on his desire to join West Ham, it would be no surprise to see him arrive – especially if Lanzini does indeed leave the Hammers before the deadline.
This week transfer expert Dean Jones told Give Me Sport that the Hammers are looking to sign at least three players before the end of the transfer window with one of them being Vanaken.

It will be interesting to see whether Lanzini is involved in the squad to face rivals Tottenham on Wednesday night.
If he is it would certainly be a fitting way to bring the curtain down on the little jewel’s Hammers career given the goals – and one unforgettable one in particular – that he has scored against Spurs down the years.
