Hammers boss David Moyes is desperate to bring Broja to the London Stadium from Stamford Bridge before the start of next season.
And now Everton are seemingly set to throw a spanner in the works for the Hammers as well.

West Ham do have European football to offer the Chelsea ace but nevertheless, the Toffees alleged interest in signing him will represent a problem for the East London outfit…
Everton make approach to sign Broja
The Toffees have formally registered their interest in signing the Albania international from Chelsea this summer according to a report from The Daily Mail.
So the West Ham owners had better get their act in gear and make a move of their own for Broja, or risk missing out on him.
The 20-year-old striker would be the perfect summer signing for the Hammers.
The Chelsea ace is one of the most talented young forwards on the planet at the moment and he could genuinely take us to a new level entirely next season.
Broja spent last season on loan from Chelsea at Southampton and he massively impressed.
The Albanian has proven that he is a striker who is well capable of succeeding at the very highest level.

The Chelsea owned ace is strong, quick and is a really, really good finisher. Broja bagged nine goals and one assist in 36 games for Southampton last term (Transfermarkt).
It is his all around game that has been the most impressive thing about him though. The way in which he holds up the ball with his back to goal and brings others into play has been truly magnificent to watch.
He has been described as an ‘exceptional’ striker by The Athletic.
Broja seems to be ideally suited to West Ham and considering the way in which he stretches the opposition with tireless runs into the channels, it’s easy to see why Moyes wants to sign him.
He’s valued at around £40 million by Chelsea (Give Me Sport).
And with the news that Everton have made an official approach to sign Broja, West Ham absolutely have to act now before it’s too late.
