West Ham will surely try to sign Filip Kostic in January after an Italian report makes fresh claim about the summer chase for his signature.
Juventus ace Filip Kostic, 30, was firmly on the radar of West Ham in the summer and David Moyes desperately tried to bring him to the London Stadium according to a report from Il Bianconero.

However, he remained with Juventus in the end and Hammers boss David Moyes was left short in the left wing-back department.
Emerson Palmieri is obviously our first choice starter at left-back but if he’s injured or suspended, Moyes will have to rely on the ageing Aaron Cresswell. Because of this, I reckon the Scot will go back in for Kostic this winter…
West Ham signing Filip Kostic surely a no-brainer
The 30-year-old Juventus star would be a fine addition to Moyes’s ranks at the London Stadium.
Kostic would provide excellent competition and cover for Emerson, but he could also be used as a left or right winger as well.
It was recently claimed that Juventus are prepared to sell him to us for just £20 million, and he might be available for even less in January.

The experienced Juventus star is incredibly hard-working, possesses exceptional technical ability and has the energy, stamina and physicality needed to succeed in the Premier League.
Filip Kostic would take West Ham to another level entirely as far as I’m concerned.
I believe that Moyes bringing the Serbia international to the London Stadium in the January transfer window is an absolute no-brainer.
And I would be really surprised if we don’t try to sign him when the winter window opens in a few month’s time.
