Arsenal are about to deal West Ham a Hammer blow with the imminent signing of top David Moyes target Oleksandr Zinchenko.
West Ham and Arsenal are both looking for new left-backs and central midfielders.
Hammers boss Moyes has been wanting to bring Man City’s Zinchenko to the London Stadium for some time according to the likes of The Mirror.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta had also been linked with the Ukraine star – who is believed to want to play in central midfield at his next club.
West Ham and Arsenal were both said to be willing to accommodate that wish. Although both the Hammers and Gunners have been linked with giant midfielder Amadou Onana since.
West Ham manager Moyes was given hope of beating his protégé Arteta to Zinchenko last month when a report from The Athletic claimed the 25-year-old was far from a priority for Arsenal.

Now Arsenal look set to deal West Ham a Hammer blow with the imminent signing of top Moyes target Zinchenko.
Sky Sports claims Arsenal are proactively working on deal for the Man City defender and are expected to make a bid.
“It is thought City would be open to doing business on Zinchenko if their valuation is met,” Sky Sports claims.

“The 25-year-old can cover a variety of positions, including left-back and central midfield.”
The report claims Arsenal’s signing of Gabriel Jesus from City – a player Moyes allegedly turned down at West Ham – means lines of communication are already open between The Emirates and The Etihad.
It is stated that Zinchenko fits the bill perfectly for Arsenal and suggests a reunion with Arteta means the Gunners have a clear advantage over rival clubs like West Ham.

So it seems West Ham’s left-back search goes on as it is Zinchenk-NO for Moyes and Zinchenk-GO for Arteta.
The rebuilds at both Arsenal and West Ham continue with less than seven weeks to go until the summer transfer window slams shut on Thursday September 1st.
