An agent has confirmed Aston Villa want to bring ‘sensational’ David Moyes West Ham target Gerard Deulofeu back to the Premier League.
Any West Ham fans who have followed the past couple of transfer windows will know that former Everton and Watford star Deulofeu has been a target for Moyes.
Well now West Ham’s rivals Aston Villa have joined the race to sign the 28-year-old winger from Udinese too.
The Hammers are only outside the relegation zone by virtue of goal difference and – ironically – Aston Villa’s equaliser against Wolves the last time out.

Alberto Botines has briefly spoken to Il Messaggero Veneto about rumours surrounding his client’s future.

“There has been an interest from Aston Villa, but nothing concrete,” the player’s agent confirmed.
The Spanish attacker has three goals and seven assists in 17 appearances across all competitions this term and his contract at the Dacia Arena expires at the end of next season.
Deulofeu has been described as ‘sensational’ by The Independent.
So Deulofeu could certainly be in the reckoning given West Ham’s longstanding interest.
But Aston Villa may have a big ace card with the Spanish connection between Emery and the player.
