A €20 million (£17 million) January bid from West Ham United will reportedly get deal done for talented Spezia centre-back Jakub Kiwior.
That’s according to a report from Voce Giallorossa who claim that the Hammers will have to pay £17 million for Kiwior AND fight off interest from the likes of AS Roma, AC Milan, Napoli and Juventus for the Poland international’s signature.
And Moyes is apparently ready to expedite his interest in signing Kiwior after Kurt Zouma underwent surgery on his troublesome knee.

Bringing in another top-class central defender will obviously be absolutely key for David Moyes in January, especially with Nayef Aguerd picking up an injury out in Qatar at the World Cup as well.
And it seems like the Hammers boss has an exciting transfer plan up his sleeve…
£17 million January bid needed from West Ham for Jakub Kiwior
The Hammers want to sign the 22-year-old centre-back according to a report from Voce Giallorossa.
And it is suggested that a £17 million bid from West Ham will get it done.
I think that Kiwior would be a stunning addition to Moyes’s ranks at the London Stadium this winter.
He proved his unbelievable quality out in Qatar at the World Cup with Poland.
He has been described as Poland’s most sought-after player.
And considering his age, he will be someone who just keeps getting better and better.
He is a left-footed centre-back but can operate as a defensive midfielder as well, and that versatility would obviously appeal to Moyes.
In 22 Serie A appearances last season, Kiwior averaged 2.3 tackles, 1.8 interceptions and 2.2 clearances per game (Who Scored).

The Polish ace stands at 6ft 2in tall and is very energetic and mobile.
The Spezia defender is a proper athlete, but it must be said that he is totally unproven in the Premier League. Players a lot better than Kiwior have arrived in the Premier League and failed to succeed.
However, Kiwior does seem to have all the attributes needed to succeed in England. So I believe that he will be more than worth the reported £17 million fee needed to sign him.
And if a January bid comes in from West Ham for the Poland international, it will be interesting to see whether Spezia are ready to do business.
