West Ham United are reportedly eyeing up a January transfer window bid for a Holland international midfielder.
The January transfer window is a vitally important one for West Ham, and David Moyes could be set to make a bid for a midfielder imminently.
According to a report from the Mirror, the Hammers boss is keen to sign Nice star Pablo Rosario this winter.
However, we could face competition from Wolves, Fulham, Brentford, Stuttgart and Werder Bremen for the 27-year-old’s signature.
Rosario is a defensive midfielder by trade, but he can also operate further up the pitch or even as a centre-back.
That kind of versatility will obviously appeal to Moyes, and it seems as though the Scot is ready to make his move…

The Mirror reckon that Moyes is keen to add the Dutchman to his ranks at the London Stadium this winter.
He could be a really useful addition to Moyes’s current options, and would provide solid cover and competition for Edson Alvarez. It must be said though, West Ham should be targeting a far more ambitious January signing.
In 16 Ligue 1 appearances for Nice so far this season, Rosario has averaged 1.1 tackles, 0.7 interceptions and 0.9 clearances per game. They really aren’t the most impressive numbers for a defensive midfielder are they.
However, he is a very competent passer of the football. This season, he has made 36.8 passes on average per match and has recorded a completion rate of 90.7% (Who Scored).
In my view, there are a lot better options out there available for Moyes this winter, including the likes of Fluminense star Andre Trindade.
It still remains to be seen whether West Ham make a January bid for Pablo Rosario though. It may well just be a classic January rumour.
