The Hammers have made a fine start to the 2023/24 campaign, and we are currently sitting one place and one point ahead of the Magpies in the table.

David Moyes will be absolutely delighted with the way that his team have started this season, both domestically and on the continent.
And at the same time, Newcastle manager Eddie Howe will be very happy with the way in which his side have recovered after their poor start to the season. So this one should be an absolute cracker today…
West Ham lineup vs Newcastle confirmed
Moyes has made no changes from the win over Sheffield United last weekend, as confirmed via West Ham’s official Twitter account.
Mohammed Kudus comes into the side to replace Michail Antonio…
Alphonse Areola, Vladimir Coufal, Kurt Zouma, Nayef Aguerd, Emerson Palmieri, James Ward-Prowse, Edson Alvarez, Tomas Soucek, Lucas Paqueta, Michail Antonio, Jarrod Bowen

It’s surprising that Mohammed Kudus misses out today, but Michail Antonio is obviously fit enough to come back into the side.
That team on paper is more than good enough to get a result against Newcastle.
We all know how good the Toon are – they were incredible during their Champions League win over PSG on Wednesday night.
However, the Hammers have the tools needed to hurt Howe’s side today. I reckon we’ll get a positive result.
I’m going for a 2-2 draw. COYI X
