West Ham could have a second chance to sign Fabio Carvalho with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp keen to move him on from Anfield this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool want to sell Fabio Carvalho in order to make way for incoming transfers this summer, and that will undoubtedly pique West Ham’s interest.

However, West Ham missed out as Carvalho was lured by the glamour of Liverpool. Unfortunately for him, he might just be regretting that move now.
The Portugal under-21 international has barely featured for the Reds of late.
He has been given just 334 Premier League minutes and only 112 in the Champions League (Transfermarkt).
His days on Merseyside are seemingly now numbered…
Liverpool to sell Fabio Carvalho this summer
Fabrizio Romano spoke on his Here We Go podcast about the 20-year-old, and emphatically suggested that he will be leaving the Reds at the end of this season:
“I see Liverpool going for two or three midfielders because Naby Keita is out, Oxlade-Chamberlain is out and James Milner needs to decide on his future. Will they also go for one more striker or another type of player in one of those positions? Fabio Carvalho I am told is also leaving. We have to see what solution they will find but he is young and he is never playing so it is important to clarify these things.”

Football League World describe the 20-year-old as an incredible talent.
Carvalho racked up 12 goals and eight assists in 44 games for Fulham before he joined Liverpool in 2022 (Transfermarkt).
Since moving to Anfield he has played just 20 games, scoring three goals in the process (Transfermarkt).
Despite Fabio Carvalho’s struggles with Liverpool, he is clearly a very special player. Real Madrid wanted to sign him last year after all.
Perhaps he should have joined a club like West Ham last summer, rather than diving in at the deep end with one of the biggest clubs on the planet.
I would love to see David Moyes go back in for the Liverpool starlet for the second time, and I think we just might be able to sign him.
