West Ham billionaire Daniel Kretinsky’s stunning £65m London supermansion he once rented to Justin Bieber shows the next level wealth the Hammers now have on board.

Supporters are seriously excited about what the future may hold for West Ham after the “Czech Sphinx” Kretinsky became the club’s second biggest stakeholder last week.

Kretinsky has purchased 27 per cent of West Ham and is widely expected to launch a full takeover in the future.

Much has been written about Kretinsky. And there is understandable excitement among West Ham fans.

Hammers News has previously reported the Sparta Prague owner’s net worth is around four times that of David Sullivan and David Gold at around £4 billion – but he is also in line to inherit a large share of a £15bn empire.

And yesterday we reported big claims made by Kretinsky confidantes in a brilliant in-depth feature on The Athletic which underlined the sheer scale of wealth available to one of the Czech Republic’s richest men.

The Athletic’s report touched on some of his property assets which will be simply mind-boggling to the average working class man.

Kretinsky has a 25 per cent stake in the exclusive private island of Velaa, in the Maldives.

It is a five-star luxury resort, and has been visited by Paris Hilton.

He also owns numerous London properties.

But there is one in particular which shows the next level wealth West Ham now have on board.

Heath Hall in Hampstead was once valued at over £100m and is now worth over £65m.

And guess who owns it, West Ham’s Czech billionaire Kretinsky of course.

The property — on a street known as Billionaires’ Row — features a gym, a library and indoor and outdoor pools. The supermansion also boasts 15 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a cinema, tennis court, wine cellar, sauna and steam rooms, beautifully maintained gardens and an outdoor relaxation area.

Kretinsky once even famously rented the house out to global superstar Justin Bieber (Business Insider).

Kretinsky reportedly resides near his office in Prague and it is a sign of his huge wealth that he rents out the luxurious Grade II Listed London home which is described by estate agents as a supermansion.

Below is the estate agent description of the Kretinsky-owned property:

Outstanding Grade II listed supermansion situated on one of the most desirable roads in North West London, The Bishops Avenue.

Originally designed and built in 1910 as the London residence for William Lyle of the Tate and Lyle Family, this impressive building is arranged over three floors and has been newly extended and refurbished throughout, providing 27,000 sq. ft set in 2.5 acres.
